The same story, we paid for services, and they don't even help us out, these company promised me that they would help me with bank of america, it took a year and i had to do it myself, bank of america said that they only call once, i tried call edward figueroa was my case manger and jasmine mendez was the one helping with the paper work, the results were the gave for 40 years and that i had to expect it to go for it, after i told them i didn't like the deal, they said that i had to take it if not i was losing my home, some please make them pay... Anyone out there that can help...
