Well, to start with My father who has a fixed income, who can, not hear, seen the T.V. Ad such liars, had me call, to place an order, as I was going through the ordering process, which I don't think they know what only 1 means, they charge you for things that you don't order, that you said NO to a 100 times, 29.95 1.99 dose not = 83.65??? I called, to find out why that the cost was so high, they could not give me a answer, all i wanted was to fix, a misunderstanding, they offered to return 7.95 far cry from what they took out of my Fathers acct. Yes He is very upset, with them doing that, makes it hard to by groceries to last the month, when he has a fixed income, and when you call they are not willing to do the right thing
