Charged me 19.95 and i didn't even order anything from them this caused me to be over drawn $ 105.00 in charges for i live on a fixed income. Omaha nebraska

This company pmidenity charged me 19.95 for something i did not order when i called them snd told them about it and the charges against my acct. They told me they would cover them but they only put back the 19.95 now i am stuck woth the 105.00 in check charges because it over drew my acct. I live on a very low fixed income 424.67 per month and i am totally disabled. They are nothing but rip offs.
