In April of this year i purchased a bag from justfab, i actually loved the bag tho i never use it much bc im always working and never go out, i completely knew about the "skip the month" they had and march i decided to skip as i had no interest in getting anything. June came along and i skipped again on the 2nd of June, and days after i have my husband asking me what i bought that costed 39.95! I was tooken by surprise bc i knew i skipped just like i did in march, i call the company and told them that i did what i was suppose to do, he saw that i was right and fully refunded my money, i went online and canceled my account, i read you could call to cancel as well but im always working or with my daughter that i didnt have the time to call, so i canceled online bc why have a cancel button online and it not cancel right?! I figured it would othwrwise whats the whole point of having it on there. Boy was i wrong July 7th comes and my account was charged, but i canceled it so how was i still charged? I guess you can "only" call to cancel, which i didnt know that was my ONLY option. I asked to refund but "apparently" you only get one refund, so im out 39.95 and now am forced to buy something i dont want. I am a mother of a one year old and dont make much money even tho i work hard, i cant believe they couldn't get that and just refunded me my money!
