Top Tv is wasting my hard earned money

Since last year July I had problems with Toptv. We could not find any channels with the bunny ears-so toptv was our sollution to that. We waited a week for installation then I need to pay an amount. After paying that we realise we pay for scrap. When I want to correct it I must wait a month to change. So we wait. Then it carry on like that the whole time till they suggested that I go over to pre-paid. Of which I did. With incorrect information again, I apparently bought a wrong voucher. They told me I can manage my account. Just to find out it is stiil not true. I need to pay again, but now according to them it is my stuppidty because I do not ask enough questions. When I asked they give me half or incorrec info. They said that I must get someone that banked at fnb so that they can buy a voucher, but toptv banked with standardbank. Now I must go and open a fnb account to be able to obtain the correct voucher. How on earth is this people working. If you must choose between toptv and dstv please choose dstv. They are more expensive but you get good service.
