Bought a Lemon - Dealer and Manufacturer at a Dead End

Purchased a Regal Spa model Caesar in 2011. Have had a dozen service calls.in April of this year, overheat error code began. After multiple service calls and replacement of a variety of parts including most recently A COMPLETE NEW ELECTRICAL PANEL, the problem persists. Now, the dealer is requesting payment of several thousand dollars despite the fact that the problem occurred within the 2 year warranty period and now accusing us of not taking care of tub. Mind you, NO CHARGES to us for the prior 10 or so service calls to repair multiple leaks including a cracked head. Have had leaks times three that have been so bad to completely drain the tub. Dealer has stated that we are to call manufacturer rep to discuss the problem but it is clear to us that dealer has no clue what the problem is. There have been multiple theories given to us as to the problem but unfortunately every theory has proven incorrect in that the action taken to fix the tub has not done so. Have suggested replacment of entire tub due to lemon situation which has been ignored. Problem is that Regal Spas from all homework done at time of purchase has a good reputation as a good hot tub with minimal problems but neither dealer nor manufacturer seem to want to stand behind the product. This is an $18,000 tub and I am having extreme difficulty understanding lack of customer support for a significant investment. Hot tub has not worked since April... Nothing is happening to get one that works. Very disappointed in the entire situation and fear no viable solution at this point given lack of effort upon dealer and manufacturer.
