Our household has not received a billing statement since february. This is totally unacceptable. I phoned the billing department after receiving a disconnect notice on (or about) july 1st to speak with a supervisor, and was told "they were out to lunch" but would return my call when they returned. I never received a call. From anyone! It seems to me that with all of the choices we consumers now have, that "customer service" would be your number 1 priority! We have been more than a decent customer for over thirty years, and our records will show we paid on time until this february when i was in the hospital, and there was no one at my residence to "pick up" the mail, causing the post office to return all of our mail as not able to deliver! My daughter and granddaughter have both phoned to try and fix this error, (all other companies immediately began sending our statements!) but, were told comcast would only speak to me. And of course, my being a "senior citizen" set down and pay my bills on the
third of every month. Without a statement in front of me, it is forgotten, this leading up to... I want a monthly statement! If not, then i will be forced to take my business elsewhere! Lavada laux (personal information removed)
