I ordered a sample (free) about a month ago - then yesterday in the mail a parcel with a bill for my "first monthly delivery". I find this is a unethical and maybe illegal to do business in Canada. The offer of a free sammple is misleading. I called to 1) complain 2) cancel any further delivery and 3) know how to send that thing back. I will definitely get in touch with the Better Business Bureau in Ontario. They are real losers because I actually liked the product and had informed many of my friends (who were informed last evening of my experience and will not ever buy that product). Do I sound angry? You bet.
