This is a Scam

I ordered a free trial paying a $5.99 shipping and handling. Next thing I know this company was sending me a monthly delivery and was charging my credit card. I called the customer service to imform them the delivery was unauthorized and she said to just return the parcel and to refuse delivery. I did that and now this company is saying there's no record of receiving the merchandise back. Of course I don't have a tracking number to say they did receive it as I just refused the delivery and have no way of tracing the order. This company is a scam and I feel sorry for the people that have to work here.
