I was mis-lead to filling out the form to win a item. I entered the cc info to pay for that item and it charged me 99.00. They never told me or prompted me with transaction screen that showed me what they were charging. I attempted to contact customer support for full refund. They will not give me a refund but of half. I continued to ask and even the manager says they will not refund it. I am going to see if my bank will. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!

Also, what they promise you with the guaranteed bid package instead of refund is a joke. It is not what they say. They ask you to bid on free bid items, otherwise it will use your paid bids and they DO run out. This is not a guarantee. There free to bid items are usually other bids or magazine subscriptions. Are you kidding me!!!
