I was told I won 25 free bid tokens. I bid on an item and won. I was directed to a page to enter my information. It said I would be charged $5.00 for a $50.00 gift card but after I entered my credit card information it said 86.00. I just spoke to customer service they were no help. I was offered a gas card and told that I could not receive and refund even though it states in the terms of agreement that you can receive a refund within 7 days if it was your first bid package purchased and you have not used any of the bids. She couldn't tell me when my bids would expire either. I used all their contact methods and didn't get their number until I came to this site. The phone number they have listed is not valid. I sent several request to them on their provided contact form as well. I really would like my money back.
