I deposited several times with bonus and there is a bonus fulfillment of playing amount of 400% of bonus awarded. One time, I actually won over $1000 and I tried to withdraw $900 but my withdraw request was denied because I violated their terms and conditions.
There was a fine print of playing only certain slots they specified and if I play any other then, they voids the entire amount. It is their terms and conditions but who actually read the fine prints of terms and conditions. This casino will use any method to not pay winnings. It's a scam. I am not sure, exactly what to do but I am going to call the bank and hopefully they could help with the charge backs.
