Rip off candle scam.

Company makes claims that they will send you the upcoming season's candle selection when in fact they send you junk candles that are made in china and guatemala. They have claim they are equivalent to Yankee Candle company and they are not even Walmart quality. The display racks were cheap plastic with cheap, flimsy cardboard signage.

I had to shell out more money to make halfway decent signs for 15 racks. One retailer asked me to remove the racks because they cheapened the look of their store. They claim the balance of the $7500 is for training and on-going marketing support. I received a manual that was barely described any type of training for this business venture and was told that 'my' marketing rep 'Johnny' was in the hospital.

Communication with this company is difficult as they don't return phone calls, make promises they dont' keep ie I have a string of emails that state my replacement candles were shipped from Oct 13th when in fact they did't ship until Oct 25th! The jar candles they sent were half full and they said they'd replace them. What I got was even worse than the first batch. I am too embarrassed to use them as giveaways. I will be seeking legal action against this company.
