As many have stated I too was scammed by this company. After following the link from Men's Health Fitness to a flash site that offered the "free trial" ($4.95 for shipping) I accepted the offer. I even took a screen shot of the page because I wanted to make sure that I hadn't missed any information.

I was contacted to subscribe to additional services and declined, informing them that I never wanted to be charged anything other than the initial product shipping.

After being charged a the 89.97 for a subscription, I emailed their customer service department. The response was rather matter-of-fact that no returns were made, but they linked me the ToS and made sure that I could read as to not miss the description of the "14 day free trial period".

1. I can read.
2. The ToS was not apparent or visible on the flash page that I was routed to.
3. I have filed a fraudulent claim with my bank and will be seeking litigation if necessary.
4. Most certainly this company is out to scam those customers looking for a trial but unaware of the ploys they use.
