I bought the trials for both the RVTL and Equinox product. Unsolicited, I was sent both products and charged $89 and $99. The boxes did not even contain a shipping slip or receipt, so I did not even know who to contact. I contacted my credit card company. They were finally able to reach someone at Sheridan Labs. They sent me an email on June 26 stating that they would give me a credit of $30 on each product, which would still leave a balance of $128. I did not order this product—it was sent unsolicited. As far as I am concerned, this is just plain theft.
