Via a TV ad, I order Equinox cream as a trial order for shipping and handling only for a total of $4.95. I received the product and then I received another product "RVTL" from Phoenix Labs, 2551 East Ave S, Suite G100, Palmdale, CA 93550. When I received my credit card, I had been charged $93.00 for one product and $99.00 for the other product (which I did not even order). I called and they refused to refund my credit card charges. I then called my bank and they are currently working on resolving this issue. This is a total scam.
