Whatch bought

I bought a tide watch and in 2 weeks, the glass from the inside sipmly craked.
Went to repair and i had to pay 20€ for the repair. I know that it was a problem from the manufacture of the watch. I am your costumer since 3 years, my name Carlos Cavaco.
I had to wait for the repaired watch for3 weeks. And had to payed as well even if it ws under the guarantie. Shame. I no longer be your costumer with out an answer on this compaint.
