It's been one year since I paid for loan modification services. It was rejected by bank for a misunderstanding of how the bank offers you a deal. Since then they said they would get in touch with the bank to have them re-open the case and now no one answers my calls or emails and I've left several messages for every person I've dealt with including Sandy, Atia, Randall, Diego, Sandy and Shane. Diego promised that I would Be his irst priority client the following morning which has been two weeks ago I haven't heard from him. I leave a message for him atleast twice a day.
