The loan modification that didn't exist

I started talking to Nino Cardoza there in November of he asked for an initial payment of 1,995.00, which we paid. We sent all our paperwork in and he said it would take 60-90 days. I called after about 60 days just to see what was going on. I him a message, no call back. I sent him 3 emails and left 5 messages no response, I even called his cell phone. I left messages with the automated attendant still no response. Finally I called hi and his extension was disconnected and email bounced back as non-deliverable. We wrote a letter to the firm threatening legal action and I got a call from a Sam Clark, he apologized for our inconvenience and said he would solve our modification. Again I had to stay on his case, but finally in November he called and said our modification had gone through. They wanted an additional 4,000.00,3, 000 if we paid within 3 months. I told could pay him $600.00 initially and that we could the balance over the 3 months. I made the payment via bank draft and I was told to call them by the beginning of December to set up the payment plan. 12/1 I call Sam Clark, he was no longer with the firm, and neither was the person I sent the bank draft to.

I was contacted by my bank and we started the trial period for the modification. All payments for 2010 and 2011 were made on time at the number that was told to me by both the bank and Elect Group. Now I find out that my modification was never completed and the bank is threatening foreclosure again.

There has to be someone that can help.
