I ordered 2 handbags as gifts. The recipient didn't like them (I was embarrassed as they were very poorly made). Emailed Tidestore for a return address, within the 7 days. Sent them the required pictures. They emailed back and told me I was not entitled to a refund, and they couldn't open my pictures as well. I tried to send the pics via their website, but that was not possible. I then sent them via email & they still said no refund. Again, this was done within the 7 day so called 'return policy' period. This is a horrendous company.
