I placed an order with Eyesave.com in late Feb. For 6 pair of sunglasses. When I got them, I didn't like any of them so I sent them right back. On March 4th I got an email from them acknowledging they received my return. I anticipated my refund within the 10-14 day time period stated on their refund policy. Well, I waited 3 weeks & no refund. I emailed them & they told me to wait 1 full billing cycle for my refund to be issued. That's 30 days! I emailed them back & said that was unacceptable & that they were violating their own return/refund policy. I asked for a refund within 48 hours from that email. I get another email stating "as we told you before, we'll refund you in 1 billing cycle" I checked them out on the BBB & they have had 4 other complaints lodged against them! Stay away from this company as they have dishonest business practices. I have contacted my credit card co. & they are handling it now.
