Progressive Lease With Purchase Rights
Phones and cases never delivered and refund still not received

As of Apr 13th I had made a purchase of two phones and two cases that were not on hand, and was told by sales person that I would receive them by the following week. On May 14th with several visits and phone calls made to the store I still had not received them, and had asked for a refund and was told that it would be taken care of by the next bill which has been taken out every week. The whole time I was telling Progressive what was going on and they had said all they needed was an email of the return and that they would complete the return and now it is almost to the end of the contract and still have no refund.
