I thought I was PC smart but was duped by these people. My burner was delivering no sound and they said they could fix it... All they did was use Malwarebytes and C-Cleaner (which I already have) to clear the problem.in the end they said my programme was corrupt BUT it resolved itself (obviously a glich).
I told them I would ask my Bank to initiate a dispute with them if they didnt refund my money.
My persistence paid off and they even rang to ask me to "call the bank off" and my money arrived today (27th June).
Dont let these amateur scammers get away with this - pester them and threaten action including writing to leading magazines.
