RIPOFF Dishonest Won't Send Phone Cant contact them DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a phone from this site on June 27th. Today is July 15th and I still have no phone! I have called them several times and when I did get to talk to some one they always have an excuse why I don't have my phone. It was suppose to be 2 day FEDEX shipping. I should have had the phone 0n the 29th of June! I have tried to chat online but it says no agents are available to chat. When I call they put me on hold for hours.

I honestly think the is a fake website that is just taking peoples money! They said they are waiting for the money to clear my bank and I have checked with my bank it has already cleared! Then the said they needed my social security number before they could process the order. Has anyone else had this problem with them?
