Deceptive $34.95 Loan Guarantee, Refund Refused, Amex Dispute

Very deceptive advertising. I paid 34.95 to guarantee a loan. Instead, I had to apply to numerous institutions and was denied.

I called them to ask for a refund and said it was not what I expected, and they would not budge. I called my Amex and disputed the charge, and they reversed it for me. I am not sure if it gets charged to them or not.

Stay away!!!
