I retained assured pardons services in 2010 the guy, Joe Black, I doubt thats even his name, made all kinds of promises. And had all kinds of stories including personal sob stories... To make along story short he ripped me off, lied through his teeth... After trying to meet with him to talk about the proceedings regarding my pardon... Which of course he never agreed to... I threatened to start civil proceedings... Today I received one of my bank drafts in the amount of 480.00, Mr. Black stated he could not find the other bank draft in the amount of 150.00 so minus the 150.00 and the 325.00 I paid the scam artist... I was burnt 475.00. His business address is simply a ups store were he rents a mail box on Kingsway ave in Vancouver. Do not trust this guy...
