Assured Pardons is failing to honour their "peace of mind guarantee" which provides a full refund if they are not able to obtain a pardon. About six weeks ago, I requested the refund by email and was told that it would be taken care of shortly. Several follow-up emails requested the status of the refund and their response was that it would be a priority. Assured Pardons has now stopped responding to my emails.
I phoned 1-800-878-4080 ext. 2 which is the number that Joe Black (if there really is such a person) has posted on boards like complaint. He promises to resolve your issue but all I get is an answering service and no returned phone call.
If they are legitimate, I can only guess that they are having financial problems. When I checked them out, last year, I didn't find any complaints about them.
So, avoid sending them any of your money!!
