Beware! I ordered a jar of this cream and decided to return it and cancel my order. First of all, they would not take it back stating that it was not within the thirty (30) day period. I verified that my account was cancelled.
Within a week, I received another jar of this junk! I called stating that I needed to obtain a credit on my charge card because this was not ordered by me in addition to the fact that my account was cancelled.

I was given the runaround! The customer service rep even told me that he'd pay for half of it if I'd keep the jar! I said no! I want my full refund and an assurance that my account is cancelled (despite the e-mails I received from the company previously that my account was cancelled)!

Adding insult to injury, I returned the product, was given an RMA Number, and sent it via Priority Mail to the company address provided to me by two (2) of their customer servce reps. It got all the way to Arizona, and someone in the company refused to accept this shipment! It's now back at my post office location!

When I called, the customer service rep stated that she'd pay me half of the cost but I still need to ship the merchandise again. Besides the product, it cost me time away from work and the postage of approx. $6.00! Can you imagine? I was just about to type this to you when their manager came on and stated she would approve the full amount of the product (but not the shipping cost nor what it cost me in my time away from work). Don't ever deal with this company, and most certainly, do not give them your charge card number as they will place charges on it for products shipped to you without your consent!
