A Year of Pixelating Picture and Unresolved Calls

Numerous and continuous phone calls were made and discussed with representatives that out tv service was not working properly. Digital pixelating. Could not watch programming without picture freezing. We called company every month for almost 1 year. Unfortunately we were speaking to representatives in offices on the other side of the country and once in Mexico. We continue to pay for inadequate cable service upwards of $200.00 monthly, and they have made NO attempt to help us with this problem. We are so disgusted and want what is fair which is reimbursement for extremely bad service on a monthly basis and a answer to why our service pixelates.
