Numerous and continuos phone calls were made and discussed with representatives that out tv service was not working properly. Digital pixcilating. Could not watch programing without picture freezing. We called company every month for almost 1 year. Unfortunately we were speaking to representatives in offices on the other sid of the country and once in Mexico. We continue to pay for inadequate cable service upwards of $200.00 monthly, and they have made NO attempt to help us with this problem. We are so disgusted and want what is fair which is reimbursement for extremely bad service on amonthly basis and a answer to why our service pixalates.
