I spoke with someone with the initial order to avoid a reorder scam and was reassured this would not happen. I was billed for the trial offer and since another $95. For a reorder. I talked to my credit card rep and a rep from the company to no avail. Their response was it was my fault and didn't read the terms. I offered to send the product back and they said I would receive a $59.00 credit due to restocking fee and S/H.
