I read the terms and policy of this Phoenix Labs Co. To state I would receive a free trial bollte of RVTL anti aging lotion for only $4.95 S/H. I was billed $92.00 and called my Credit Card Co. I next received a second bottle and charged again for a product I did not order for that cost. I called and spoke to two different men that told me I did not read the terms and policy and that I agreed to these monthly charges. I stated I read that I had ordered a free trial bottle for the cost of shipping and then called to cancel and read my cancellation # to them on the phone. They laughed and told me I could not read. I told them they should be ashamed taking old women's money through false advertisement. Our world is full of scams and crooks and we have to pay for them. Shameful!!! Where is the protection for innocent consumers who are robbed through false advertisement?
