Unauthorized charges on my debit card

On April I order trail order of lipoplex, but as you go thru the process it immediately put you over to another trail offer for lipoplex pm. When this happens you think that you missed putting information in on the original order so repeat the entering your bank information twice. Their web site dosn't give you the opportunity to save the original trial order invoice, which has the disclosure, concerning the auto reorder that is in the terms and condition. On the invoice that you do get to save, it states clearly that it is not an auto reorder. That you have to call them for additional bottles at a cost of 19.95.

But 60 days later, in the mail I recieve not only bottle of Lipoplex, but also a bottle lipoplex pm, with a charge to debit card for $99.95.

When I call customer service to get my money back and return the product. I was told that they don't take products and that since I didn't cancel withing 14 days of the trail offer, they wouldn't refund my money.

I tried several times to explain to them that their web site dosn't allow you to save the original invoice nor ask you if you have read and agree to the terms and agreements, but immediately puts you over to their second offer.

I have this page saved and guess what the box that is suppose to be checked if you agree to the terms and agreement isn't check, but it I have and invoice saved for this purchase. This company needs to be stopped, from misleading the consumers and frauderaulent charging them for product they don't want.
