The dress is all wrong. I can't get it on and closed up and I can't reorder in time for my wedding.
1) I ordered BURGUNDY, they sent a RED dress.

2) It is approximately 1.5 to 2 feet too long. I submitted 55” as the length from hollow in neck to the floor. I reviewed the order online and see that my 55” got changed to 155” (making it over 12 feet!) The dress was not long enough for 155”, but is about 1.5- 2 feet too long for me at 5’7”.
The 155" should have flagged someone that it was incorrect and someone should have asked me for the correct measurement there.

3) The armpits are so small they cut into my skin. They come way in from the circumference of the arms, which doesn’t make any reasonable sense.

4) The chest is way too small. I can’t even get the dress zipped up all the way because of this.

5) If nothing else was wrong I would have still not liked the snaps at the arm hole. Seem fragile and cheap. Would have preferred a closed seam.

6) I had help from two people trying to help me get in the dress, and they agreed that this can’t be the dress I ordered.

I have sent 7 message so far. Mostly form letter responses.
