Account hacked with five added lines, service suspended over unpaid charges

April 11 a Ms Torres from Brooklyn NY hacked my cell phone account added 5 new lines and upgraded my husband's phone to an i-phone thus rendering his phone unoperateable. Went to Verizon's store in Dickinson ND on April 13, they contacted the main company for me. I was assured that I wouldn't be charged for any of the extra charges. Since then I have called them 4 times about my bill each time they assured me that I just needed to pay my normal bill which I did. Now they suspended my cell service due to unpayment (late fees, unpaid balance, ny state taxes, long distance phone call to Canada)
I never received any benefit from this -Ms Torres did - but I'm suppose to pay for services I never used or received
each time I contact them they tell me it will be taken care of. I don't feel I should have to pay for their error in allowing my account to be hacked and for services I never received.
