A couple of weeks ago I had a couple of tires replaced@ your so virginia
st store. A week later I went to your oddie blvd store and questioned
rotating the right front to the left rear with radial tires. I was
informed I was wrong and it wasn't a problem. I had a vibration in the
rear of my car so I went back to oddie store. After the service they
informed me that the right rear "was all out of whack" When I asked
about my inquire from the week before this same 'rude' woman and her
evidently appointed bodygaurd informed me how wrong I was.
Twelve years, six vehicles for all tires wheels suspension brakes
I don't have to be treated or spoken to like that. There are plenty
of other outfits around willing to listen and service!
