I have the same complaint as everyone else. To get a "free" sample it cost me nearly $200 for eye cream that is no better than one for $5. The fact that you are locked into an autoship program and that every thirty days your credit card is charged $95.95, you would have had to scroll down the page 9 TIMES! I tried to return the second shipment and they will only give me $59 - I will still have to pay $6.95 for shipping and a $30 restocking fee. Everyone who has been rippe off should complain and I will be copying and sending all the complaints to the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. The perosn who said to blacken them on Twitter, all you Twitter users, do that too. I don't use it or I would tweet their misleading and false advertising charges to the roof tops!
