I ordered the trial free samples of RVTL Anti-aging cream, and Equinox day and night serum, only having to pay the shipping charges. $4.99, and $2.97. After receiving the shipments, which had no paperwork enclosed, I began to reserch the company, only to learn that they intentionally deceive the consumer, and after 14 days charge your credit card full price of up to over $200. I would never have purchased face cream for that cost, and that is how they work their scam. They tell you it's Free, but in their advertising, at the bottom of the page where you see "Terms & Conditions" is where it's states the cost of the product. They tell you that you need to return the cream and serum within 14 days, or your credit card will be charged. I then called the company, and told them to close my account, as I was returning the packages. They told me on the phone that I would not be charged. I mailed the boxes immediately, paying extra for registered mail, all within a 14 day period. My card was billed anyway. I've been calling them everyday since. They are rude and unconcered. At one point, I was told I was charged because the box had been opened. These people need to be stopped. The Better Business Bureau rated them and F. Buyer Beware! Cancel your credit card immediately!
