Bought kit, got overcharged by 10% they refused to give money back! Only store credit. Then got kit, critical part missing cant use kit at all, totally useless. Contacted support they told me that we did not weight parcel when we revived so they will not ship replacement part (never seen any vendor who expect to weight box upon arrival) i asked for refund and they totally ignore me now. So bottom line i jot junk that has no value and company refuse to properly deal with their mistakes. And ultimately they just ignore customers.
