Service was to be on 6/20/1213, but has not hapened; each agent tells me something different and i do not get a call back to inform me of statue regarding service and what the problem is invoice#no694025117. I called today (6/21), instead y neice called because of noservice, and each time there is a different reasone why i do not have service; i have talked to different agents in arkansaw and houston texes t and still there is no resolution, and no one have call me back to inform me of the situation. I have almost used u my mintues trying to find out the status of this situation. Please i wuld apreciate a call informing me of the situation (Personal Information Removed).
