2X refused Notary Service by Chase Bank at 7th and Glendale in Phoenix - Notary Services

Two times went to have my signature notarized, and was turned down because they required the document that was attached. This is not right i just needed them to attest and notarize this it was me and proof was presented. They are not authorized to look over the document. Just notarize the signature... They refused and were mad and told me to take my account elsewhere
