Ripoff Bogus promises of notary and doc signing services

Notary Pro Document Signing Service makes doc. Signing promises it does not keep, costing borrowers (and mortgage professionals like myself) thousands of dollars! I have been using Notary Pro for several months now (WAY too long!), and out of the last 10 home loan doc. Signings my company used them to schedule, 4 were missed appointments, no-show Notaries, all with NO apology or accountability taken by Notary Pro whatsoever.

The last missed appointment for a home loan signing caused the borrower to lose the interest-rate "lock" they had on their home loan, causing the loan to fall through, and the borrower not getting their home loan!

When I brought my concerns to Jannine Jackson (President of Notary Pro Doc Signing Service), she refused to take my calls, and had her "operations manager" John Christoffix tell me there was nothing they could do. "Unfortunately this borrower will not get this home loan" - completely refusing to even acknowledge that their Notary no-showing for the signing appointment caused this to happen.

To anyone else in the Mortgage Lending or Real Estate industry (or any other industry that requires legal docs to be signed by a Notary) BEWARE of Notary pro Document Signing Service! The "schedulings" they promise are not worth the paper they are printed on. What's worse, when Notary Pro Doc Signing Service completely neglects to live up to the committments they make, you are on your own - regardless of the cost to you.

Believe me, if there were some legal recourse my company could take in response to this, I would be excercising it! Since I have to LEGAL recouse to take, I want to make any and all potential "customers" of Notary Pro Document Signing Service aware of their business practices.
