Poor service—no service

Spoke and made an appointment with Kathy jones, owner, she told me that a two person team would be out and move furniture, except for electronics and furniture too heavy. The van arrived as scheduled but with only one person. I said there was to be two pro people but he said I was told this was a empty home. He left saying he would get help and be back. 10 minutes latter, he called, said they would not be able to do our home and hung up with out letting me speak. I called him back but he would not answer, I called the office and they would not answer. Do not use this company!!!
