I had ordered (or what I thought) was a great new face cream which offered a free trial. I had read on the order page that I had 14 days to try the product before being charged the 99.00.in fact, much further back in their disclaimer, it does state that the 14 days begins on the order date. I had assumed it was actually as stated 14 days to try the product. I was treated very rudly by the customer service rep and had been told he would credit me 30.00 per product because I was one day late on the cancellation. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, he was even ruder and stated they never give a credit back. The amount of false advertisment they have on their website is unbelievalbe. There is no 30 day money back gurantee or as stated 14 days to actually try the product. It has not shown the results as stated in the ad. They did cancel my order so I will not be charged in the future and did supply an email with the verification of cancellation. I have posted their customer service number and hope all dissatisfied customers call and complain.
