I was using my HP Pavillion laptop that I purchased on May 15. I was sitting at a table and finished what I was doing. I signed out and walked away. About two hours later I went back to sign in again and when I did the screen started bleeding from the upper left corner down. It then changed to many colors and I couldn't read anything. I contacted WalMart where it was purchased and they said thier policy was 15 days. Well I contacted them on May 31, which was the 16th day. They said it was now under the manufacturer warranty. I contacted HP and sent it to them for repair. On June 19, they contacted me and told me they would not cover thier faulty piece of junk. I would have to pay for repairs at $233.00! I can not believe they are not standing behind thier product at all. Angela, from HP's management dept. Said they never cover that, even after just 15 days. At this point I would love to tell them to keep thier junk, but since I paid almost $500.00 I guess I am at their mercy. This is the last piece of HP product I will ever buy! Ever!!! Could you please help me in any way possible? Thank you!
