Avoid hp at all costs - customer service

Purchased hp pavillion p6. Didnt work out of the box. Hours and hours on the phone with hp "support". No result. NO customer service in reality. NO returns. You buy it, you are stuck with it! No matter what! This company —HP— only pretends to stand behind their products!"support" workers" condescending and only follow the company line... Ie. You are stuck sucker... Case manager (eric, extension 79, i am referring directly to you) simply repeat same thing over and over. Worked over two and one half hours with support tech. His opinion was the problem was corrupted, unfixable software and to return product. I was referred to "eric", case mgr who thought it would be fun to go through it all again. Unreal returnd this piece of crap hp, junk from day one cruel joke, via my credit card extended return policy. Thank god for that or i would be stuck with a useless hewlett—piece of crap— packard
RUN, DONT WALK, AWAY FROM ANY HP PRODUCT YOU MAY BE CONSIDERING DO NOT PUrCHASE!!! You will regret it
