I was promised a $150 credit but only received $100. When I asked them about it I was treated rudely. The figure of $150 was promised to me by Loan Officer Buck Geiseke. He admits that he promised it but says he can't provide the extra $50 now tat the HUD documents state that the amount of credit is just $100.
