Over-charging, false promises, no documentation of extra work

I was charged $5,000 by this company and told that this amount would cover EVERYTHING FROM START TO FINISH. I was given a final report as promised, but the "investigator" called me and told me I was being charged another $1,300 for "extra time" he had to put in. However, I received only what I was initially promised and charged for—nothing extra or over and above. This is an obvious case of a company just taking advantage of someone once they have a credit card number they can go on charging. I had already been charged $5,000 and then at the last minute, I was told there was "extra time" involved? What extra time? They just wanted extra money for doing exactly what they had promised for the initial charge of $5,000, which was MORE than enough to begin with.

This company is just out to get as much as they possibly can out of people and they don't care if they rip you off in the process! Do not do business with this company if you know what's good for you. They did a shoddy job, nothing remarkable for that kind of money, and then have the nerve to charge me over a $1,000 EXTRA? I DON'T THINK SO. This charge is being disputed with the credit card company. There is no reason I should have been charged over and above what I already paid. They did NOTHING special or extra and should have been satisfied with the $5,000, which was way MORE than they deserved. This is a bad company to do business with, and I would recommend anyone to steer clear of it.
