I paid top legal advocates 3500.00 to do a loan modification it was paid in three installments 1400.00 was the first initial payment then 1050.00 the remaining balance. I received paperwork but no contact was made. I haven't heard anything from the lawyer or his associates. Now I'm facing foreclosure and I'm out of the 3500.00 that I could use to get this material resolved. This happend in 8/17. I have been trying to contact Adam (the attorney that took my money) and has not been successful. Please please help me.
