Eric Seigler is an attorney at law in Temecula California. We paid him $3500.00 for a legal loan modification and he gave us a 100% guarantee that he would refund our money if he did not obtain a loan modification on our home. The check was sent to him in May and we worked with him and his staff up until October. WE are unable to contact him or his staff and he claims that he has moved his office. He joined a company called Home Safe Legal Network and then later joined a company called Certified Financial Network. We would like our money back and we are looking for others that he has taken money from and not honored his 100% guarantee.
