Ripoff Lied about ship date refused to talk with me Christmas order arrived 12/27

Placed order on 12/01/04. Called on 12/15 and was told the order shipped on 12/10. Called on 12/18 Supervisor Pete said it was NOT shipped. Called on 12/20 and was told to call on Wednesday 12/22 and if package had not arrived company would overnight another article. Called on 12/22 and was told the company would no longer overnight anything and that supervisors were not taking any calls! Suggestion: Do NOT deal with this on-line company.
